We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a General Operative. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks throughout all departments, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Technicians: Aid skilled technicians in tasks such as vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
• Cleaning and Organising: Keep the garage clean, organised, and hazard-free, including sweeping floors, disposing of waste, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Parts Management: Assist in managing inventory, locating parts, and ensuring they are available when needed.
• Vehicle Movement: Move vehicles within the garage premises safely and efficiently.
• Assist Customers: Help customers with basic inquiries, direct them to the appropriate staff, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Adherence to Safety Protocols: Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling.
• Willingness to collaborate with team members and assist in various tasks as required.
