What Is A Hybrid?

The  Hyundai Tucson Hybrid has a gas engine as well as an electric motor, making it a full-parallel hybrid drive system. They collaborate to achieve optimum efficiency and encourage performance with the help of a 1.49 kWh lithium-ion polymer battery. The hybrid powertrain smoothly transitions between the gasoline engine and the electric motor, often using both at the same time.​
