Role Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Advisor to support our Service Advisors at Mooney’s Hyundai, Sandyford. As Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so we need somebody who has a friendly & professional approach to customers at all times. You must be able to multi-task and work in a team environment, as well as on your own initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent customer service skills, professional appearance, and work ethic.
• 3 Years in a customer-facing role
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment dealing with customers
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Requirements:
