Junior Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact with customers either in person, over the phone, or by email, converting inquiries into service bookings where possible.
• Meet and greet all service customers promptly, professionally, and courteously upon arrival.
• Inspect customer vehicles, review service history, and accurately record all service needs and concerns on the job card.
• Record customer details accurately, clarify payment options, and confirm pickup times.
• Promote appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding the vehicle and its service requirements.
• Monitor the progress of vehicles throughout the day and update customers on costs, delivery times, and any additional recommended services, securing authorisation when needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills with a professional appearance and work ethic.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a process-driven environment.
• Enjoy working with customers and building strong relationships.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
• No previous experience required – full training provided.
