At Mooney's Hyundai, we're fortunate to meet incredible people through the relationships we build with our customers and local community. Sometimes, those connections can lead to something truly meaningful.
We were delighted to introduce Peter, a valued Mooney's customer and representative of WHISTLE, to Cabinteely FC, a club we're proud to support.
Following that introduction, Cabinteely FC generously donated footballs, jerseys, football boots and other football equipment to WHISTLE. The equipment will now make its way to Kenya, where it will support the charity's work with children and families living in the slums.
WHISTLE receives no regular funding and relies on the generosity of individuals, businesses and organisations to continue its work. Donations such as these play an important role in supporting the charity's ongoing efforts and ensuring much-needed equipment reaches the communities it serves.
We're proud to have played a small part in bringing these two organisations together and are grateful to Cabinteely FC for their generosity, and to Peter and the team at WHISTLE for the incredible work they continue to do.
It's a reminder that sometimes a simple introduction is all it takes to create a connection that reaches far beyond our local community.
