• Interact with all customers professionally and efficiently
• Be practical and organised, with strong administration skills

• Utilising manufacturer and company standards and best practice

• Appointment bookings and liaising with our customers and internal departments
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and recommendations

Essential skills:-

• Highly professional & excellent customer service skills
• Must be process-driven
• Work well under pressure
• Must enjoy working on the telephone and have a clear, pleasant telephone manner
• Excellent planning, communication and organisational skills and a customer-focused background.
• Proficiency in word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
• Capable of coordinating diaries and scheduling appointments

• Excellent communication skills with a co-operative and helpful attitude
• Must be well presented
• Ability to meet and greet
